The goal of the Agreement, signed in Saint Petersburg on May 21, 2010, is to support establishment, use, and development of the networks of information-marketing centers on the mutually agreed-upon contractual basis, and to unite them in the inter-state network to promote goods and services of the contractual parties in their domestic markets.
Under the Agreement, the Parties establish, use, and develop the national networks of information-marketing centers to unite them in the inter-state network and introduce the electronic trade.
